Opponents: Redsaga FC (Season 6 Sat league Div 1 Team, now in Div 2 with us)
Venue: Orchid Park Secondary School (Astro Turf)
Attire: Yellow top, black shorts and black socks (Shin pads are a must!)
Hey peeps, perhaps too soon to hear/read from me again but its a necessity that you guys know about the upcoming league game. It would be against Redsaga FC whom I personally feel would be one of the main challenges in our division this time round. We may be facing a slight shortage esp in defence this week and with a large number of absentees so whoever appears will be expected to go out there and give their all. There is still plenty of quality in the expected team therefore let's just try out best man. We have garnered great momentum with our solid run of pre-season games and I hope we can carry it over to saturday's game. Please be at the field by 230pm please so that we can get ready to rock in time.
A couple of things to note: We will be playing in the ESPZEN FA Cup 2011, of which the round of 64 will be on the 16th of Jan (A sunday). Although I will be attempting to lias with espzen to reach a compromise and play it on the 15th, do be prepared to have to feature on the sunday alright. (Its a one off cup tie and good exposure for us). Oh, and we have been assigned a game on the 1st of Jan which is rather crappy due to the possible countdown parties that u guys have. Hopefully we will be able to put together sufficient numbers for that game. Do keep in mind of that fixture too. Thanks.
